Just arrived back from Santiago, it was absolutely lovely place to visit, the old town is fantastic. Hotel was ideally situated just 5 mins walk from the old town, hotel clean and tidy, staff helpful and friendly although the rooms are probably in need of an upgrade, otherwise everything great. Todo salio perfecto segun lo que habiamos contratado , el hotel de Barcelona estaba bien situado en el centro , aunque solo lo utilizamos para dormir pues llegabamos tarde y madrugamos mucho , los traslados al circuito los hicimos un dia en autobus que fue muy comodo y no te preocupas de nada , y el domingo lo hicimos en nuestro coche para luego volver a casa nada mas acabar el gran premio y nos resulto tambien sencillo llegar al circuito pues habia muchas indicaciones. En resumen todo fue perfecto y muchas gracias por vuestras informacion y recomendaciones. Estaremos pendientes para regresar el año que viene. Unsere Tagung in der wunderschönen Stadt Barcelona ist erfolgreich zu Ende gegangen und die Gäste waren ausnahmslos zufrieden im Hotel Balmoral. Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, abends auch relativ ruhig und die Zimmer sind wirklich nett und gemütlich - absolut ideal. Und der Preis war auch ganz super, was die Gäste auch sehr geschätzt haben. Die Hotelangestellten an der Reception sowie Herr Dir. Manuel Jamarillo waren überaus zuvorkommend und nett, obwohl ich täglich noch Änderungen oder Stornierungen bekam. Auch wurde uns am Freitag Abend für eine 1-stündige Besprechung von ca. 9 Personen keine Gebühr für den schönen Besprechungsraum berechnet. Ich bedanke mich nochmals ganz herzlich - auch im Namen der Verantwortlichen des IEP für Ihre Bemühungen und komme gerne bei Bedarf wieder auf Sie zurück. El viaje a Montmeló estuvo fenomenal, todo muy, muy bien. Las entradas en la Tribuna G inmejorables, para otros años espero que sigais adquiriendo entradas en esa zona. El hotel Onabrava muy bien también, sin queja alguna. Pero, sobre todo, enhorabuena por vuestra rapidez. Me gestionasteis el viaje en un tiempo récord, en menos de 3 días ya tenía las entradas en casa y todo listo. Y eso es de agradecer, porque te evita angustias innecesarias. Estimado Fede y Estimada Cristina, he leido vuestro email y tenia la intencion de escribiros uno para agradeceros haberme echo pasar el mejor fin de semana de mi vida y creo que tambien el de mi marido, el Gran Premio de España ha sido alucinante, es emocionante ver tantas personas disfrutando de la Formula 1, la verdad es una experiencia inolvidable y espero volverla a repetirla el año que viene, si todo me va como hasta ahora. Tambien deciros que todo nos ha ido a la perfeccion, el traslado al aeropuerto desde el hotel, sin ningun problema, la gente de Barcelona, y en especial la de pineda de Mar, muy cordiales y muy serviciales. En cuanto al hotel, una maravilla, la comida excelente, la limpieza impecable, la verdad que el hotel Stella me ha dado muy buena impresion y espero volver a alojarme en el, porque todos los calificativos son pocos. Mis clientes disfrutaron de lo lindo en las carreras, tambien con el hotel, que lo clasificaron como muy bueno, y los transfers al circuito, que los valoraron como lo mejor para organizar un viaje así. Sehr geehrter Herr Baumgartner, wir waren mit der Abwicklung der Reiseformalitäten äußerst zufrieden. Alles ist sehr problemlos durchgeführt worden - so wünscht man es sich. Das Hotel Balmoral ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, die Matratzen in den Betten ausgezeichnet... und es war sehr sauber. Auch die Mitarbeiter in der Reception waren äußerst hilfreich, zuvorkommend und sind auf unsere Wünsche und Fragen (Taxe zum Airport, Restaurantauswahl etc.) sofort eingegangen. Thank you - we really enjoyed our stay. It was a sucessful visit & as ever the students loved Barcelona & it was valuable for their studies. We were pleased with the hotel - it is in a great location, clean & the staff were friendly and very helpful if we needed anything. some of the rooms were a bit variable in size - some of the rooms for 4 had 3 beds & 1 campbed - which wasn't really sufficient for grown ups & we'd prefer rooms of 3 in future. Guten Tag Hr. Baumgartner, Vielen Dank für Ihre Hotelempfehlung. Dieses Hotel liegt wirklich sehr zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig und war auch in allen anderen Belangen sehr in Ordnung. Was vielleicht nicht so passt ist der Frühstücksraum, der ist für die Zahl der Gäste eindeutig zu klein. Das Frühstück gestaltet sich zu einem Schnellimbiss. Leider hatten wir das Pech mit dem Flug ( 5 Stunden Verspätung ) daher entfiel auch das Abendessen. Ich habe aber vom Flughafen angerufen und wir hatten nachts einen Snack im Zimmer. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Begrüßung um 1/2 2Uhr nachts auch noch sehr freundlich war. Alles in Allem waren es schöne Tage in Barcelona und wir können Barcelona und Ihr Service nur weiterempfehlen. El viaje fue un exito en todos sentidos. Los Hoteles nos encantaron, limpios adecuados y sobre todo muy buen situados. El hotel Autohogar tiene un desayuno fantastico que nos ha caido de maravilla despues de venir del crucero donde te dan de comer cosas deliciosas a toda hora. Los autobuses de los transfers estuvieron siempre a tiempo y con choferes amables. El tour con Angel estuvo muy bien despuès del pequeño percance que lo hizo llegar tarde, lo compenso y nos dio una buena explicacion. We had areally good time in Barcelona , despite the snow!!! Everything went very smoothly, we were expected at the hotel and were given the opportunity to swap twin rooms for doubles. The service at the hotel was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the linen was changed regularly. For a short stay the hotel is ideal. Thank you very much for your friendly service all the way through bookings etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant you suggested us. Big variety, good quality and friendly staff in a room with plenty of space. The hotel was well located, the rooms according to price and the staff friendly. Our conference trip to Barcelona was very successful and all participants enjoyed their stay very much. Everything proceeded very smooth and without hassles. Our trip was very nice, we all agreed that Barcelona was a stunning city and would definitely go back for longer to explore the city more. The accommodation was fine and in a great location. The only down side to the trip was that on the Sunday night one of the group had her bag stolen with her passport and money in, however the police were great and sorted her out so she managed to get back into England without any problems. We had an absolutely fantastic time. 9 hours sleep in 3 nights. Most of us did not go to bed until the early hours of the morning, so the hotel beds were very inviting at that time and very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, the bar area a good meeting point and the daily continental breakfast were lovely. The daytime receptionists were really helpful and checking in and out with 16 girls was made painless. It was a bit far to walk to the Ramblas but taxis where cheap enough. The Grand Prix weekend was excellent, well organised and thoroughly enjoyable. The Pineda Palace was OK, having a few teething problems however this is only to be expected in a new hotel, the cold fried eggs and bacon on day one were interesting, also none of the food was labelled which proved a little difficult for my friend who is acutely allergic to fish. This problem is soon to be sorted out as the plastic labels are on there way from Majorca !!!! I think if I came again I would prefer The Taurus Park, it has a much nicer pool area, the pool at The Pineda Palace is on the roof and is not very big, I don't understand why The Taurus Park has 3 stars and The Pineda Palace has 4?? One last thing, the bathrooms have a seperate shower next to the bath which is also fitted with a shower?? if you use the seperate shower the water goes over the top onto the floor and the A/C blows hot air. Todo salio perfecto segun lo que habiamos contratado , el hotel de Barcelona estaba bien situado en el centro , aunque solo lo utilizamos para dormir pues llegabamos tarde y madrugamos mucho , los traslados al circuito los hicimos un dia en autobus que fue muy comodo y no te preocupas de nada , y el domingo lo hicimos en nuestro coche para luego volver a casa nada mas acabar el gran premio y nos resulto tambien sencillo llegar al circuito pues habia muchas indicaciones. Auch wurde uns am Freitag Abend für eine 1-stündige Besprechung von ca. 9 Personen keine Gebühr für den schönen Besprechungsraum berechnet. En cuanto al hotel, una maravilla, la comida excelente, la limpieza impecable, la verdad que el hotel Stella me ha dado muy buena impresion y espero volver a alojarme en el, porque todos los calificativos son pocos.

Mis clientes disfrutaron de lo lindo en las carreras, tambien con el hotel, que lo clasificaron como muy bueno, y los transfers al circuito, que los valoraron como lo mejor para organizar un viaje así. Solo algun "pero" con los desayunos en el hotel, pero vamos, por decir algo como regular.
En definitiva, clasificación como un viaje excelente, y para repetir. Vuestra organización impecable.
Sin duda repetiré y si necesito algunas vacaciones por Catalunya, os llamaría para la organización.

Das Hotel Balmoral ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, die Matratzen in den Betten ausgezeichnet... und es war sehr sauber. Auch die Mitarbeiter in der Reception waren äußerst hilfreich, zuvorkommend und sind auf unsere Wünsche und Fragen (Taxe zum Airport, Restaurantauswahl etc.) sofort eingegangen.
Es waren rundrum sehr schöne Tage. An dieser Stelle auch unseren Dank an Sie. Wir werden alles uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Guten Tag Hr. Baumgartner, Vielen Dank für Ihre Hotelempfehlung. Dieses Hotel liegt wirklich sehr zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig und war auch in allen anderen Belangen sehr in Ordnung. Was vielleicht nicht so passt ist der Frühstücksraum, der ist für die Zahl der Gäste eindeutig zu klein. Das Frühstück gestaltet sich zu einem Schnellimbiss. Leider hatten wir das Pech mit dem Flug ( 5 Stunden Verspätung ) daher entfiel auch das Abendessen. Ich habe aber vom Flughafen angerufen und wir hatten nachts einen Snack im Zimmer. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Begrüßung um 1/2 2Uhr nachts auch noch sehr freundlich war. Alles in Allem waren es schöne Tage in Barcelona und wir können Barcelona und Ihr Service nur weiterempfehlen.

Our conference trip to Barcelona was very successful and all participants enjoyed their stay very much. Everything proceeded very smooth and without hassles. We had booked conference rooms at hotel H10 Gravina a few blocks away. Everything was prepared to our wishes and the service was very friendly. For everyone except myself it was their first visit to Barcelona , and they were very impressed. No one had anything to complain about at hotel Ronda, the location was excellent for example. As if this was not enough we were also lucky with the weather, the forecasts spoke about clouds and scattered showers with thunder but during our stay it was sunny most of the time and very hot!
I would not hesitate a second to using your services again in the future.

Our trip was very nice, we all agreed that Barcelona was a stunning city and would
definitely go back for longer to explore the city more. The accommodation was fine and in a great location. The only down side to the trip was that on the Sunday night one of the group had her bag stolen with her passport and money in, however the police were great and sorted her out so she managed to get back into England without any problems. We had an absolutely fantastic time. 9 hours sleep in 3 nights. Most of us did not go to bed until the early hours of the morning, so the hotel beds were very inviting at that time and very comfortable.
The hotel was very clean, the bar area a good meeting point and the daily continental breakfast were lovely. The daytime receptionists were really helpful and checking in and out with 16 girls was made painless. It was a bit far to walk to the Ramblas but taxis where cheap enough.

The Grand Prix weekend was excellent, well organised and thoroughly enjoyable. The Pineda Palace was OK, having a few teething problems however this is only to be expected in a new hotel, the cold fried eggs and bacon on day one were interesting, also none of the food was labelled which proved a little difficult for my friend who is acutely allergic to fish. This problem is soon to be sorted out as the plastic labels are on there way from Majorca !!!!
I think if I came again I would prefer The Taurus Park, it has a much nicer pool area, the pool at The Pineda Palace is on the roof and is not very big, I don't understand why The Taurus Park has 3 stars and The Pineda Palace has 4??
One last thing, the bathrooms have a seperate shower next to the bath which is also fitted with a shower?? if you use the seperate shower the water goes over the top onto the floor and the A/C blows hot air.
I would definitely use suitours again and the hotel was fine for a short stay

The service you provided was excellent, you helped us with our every need and query. The Hotel Ronda was Clean, comfortable and took care of us very well with Food at the Bar and drinks whenever we needed.
I would definitely recommend you to anyone and I have to say have never had a continental breakfast with such a variety of food. Checking in and out the hotel was fast and hassle free. During the weekend we met other people that also booked with yourselves and they commented how good your service was.

I would like to send you a lot of flowers!!!! We had a marvellous trip to the most beautiful place in the world!! We love Barcelona and I can tell: it was the most wonderfull city to celebrate my 50th years in this world!!!! We vent to a restaurant called Botafumeiro - magnifisant!!!!
And you made our stay the very best - for all of us! The hotel Victoria was very good - very nice rooms - very nice surrondings - very quiet and good!!!
